TABLES

The store room, just of the main hall, houses two trolleys of folding tables as follows:
18 tables measuring 1.82m x 0.68m (as shown opposite)
6 tables measuring 1.22m x 0.61m (low height)
3 tables measuring 0.92m x 0.68m

The hall also has around 20 older tables with fixed legs, however if you plan to use these you would need to notify us in advance.

CHAIRS

The store room also houses around 150 stacking chairs, as shown below in a mixture of mustard, and red colour.

CUTLERY and CROCKERY

The kitchen has around 75 place settings comprising, dinner plate, side plate, bowl, cup and saucer. For special functions most caterers provide their own.

HEATING

The main hall is heated by warm air which is both quiet and quick. On a cold day the hall is heated to a comfortable temperature in around 30 minutes. The other rooms in the hall are heated by conventional radiators.

The hall has a payphone on the Foyer. The telephone number is 01458 224298 and incoming calls can be received

INSURANCE

The hall holds Public Liability insurance which covers you against fault on our part. It is wise to have your own insurance in the event of claims against you.

CLEANING UP

We endeavour to ensure that the hall is clean and tidy for your event. Please ensure that you leave the hall as you would expect to find it. Cleaning items can be found in the cupboard to the right of the main entrance.

RUBBISH

All rubbish must be removed at the end of the event. There are recycling bins at the end of the car park.

COAT RACK

There is a portable coat rack which can be moved to either the side of the Foyer or the Committee Room for your guests coats.
